Https is a Security Certificate for users. To provide secured connection to your audience, your blog should have https enabled.
Without https your blog will be marked as insecure or not trusted in many browsers.
To get a better position in search results you need a https certificate.
In other cases, you need to purchase an SSL certificate to enable https. But Google's blogger platform provides it totally free. Just enable https redirect under the setting option.
Invite more author to your blog
You can add more authors to contribute to your blog. They can publish post or manage your blog. You can make them author or admin whatever you like.
If you have multiple authors for your site, your site may up to date. Again, If you lost access to your email, you can recover your blog through another admin.
So, it is a wise decision to add more authors to your blog.
Add a sitemap to your blog
Sitemap is a most important part of a blog. It helps your reader to find any content easily. Most of the viewers come from search engines. Search engines show your blog in search results when your site is indexed in their database.
A search engine can easily crawl and index your site if you have a sitemap. So, it is very important to add a sitemap to your blogger blog.
